Phoraa Lighting focuses on permanent lighting installations, holiday decorations, string lighting, and event lighting setups. While these are all seasonal serviced, primarily in the fall and winter, our parent company (The Suited Cleaners LLC) provides year-round opportunities through additional services such as window cleaning, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, roof cleaning & more in the spring and summer. In summary if you join or team in you will be installing permanent lights in the winter/fall and clean windows, solar panels, roofs, gutters, etc. in the summer/spring. Have in mind that we offer ALL of our services all year around. We provide full support both on and off the job. We reward performance, speed, and leadership: •$21/hour during a two-week training period •$23/hour after training Additional performance-based incentives: • $5 for every 5-star review (per platform) • 10% commission on upsells or service sales • Daily cash tips, with top technicians earning up to $150 in a single day Reliable and ambitious team members who prove themselves will advance to a commission-based pay structure & leading a team, where earnings can reach $30–$50+/hour.
