Responsibilities Manage and supervise cleaning specialists / sanitation specialists. Supervise to ensure work is completed in a timely and correct manner.   Train and motivate team members, ensuring everyone is aligned with our high standards and efficient cleaning practices. Fill staffing/service gaps to ensure the success of cleaning service relationships. Do walk-offs to check all work and perform a nightly checklist. Disassemble, clean, and sanitize food production equipment, and then reassemble it. (No Tools Required) Use hot water, foaming devices, and sanitation equipment to remove glaze, icing, and other materials from equipment. Cleaning of racking, carts, and other items via a commercial dish tank tunnel washer and stand-up rack washer. Perform periodic cleaning of walls, drains, ceiling vents, and other surfaces to maintain cleanliness. General cleaning of break room, restrooms, hallways, and other office areas. Sweep, vacuum, and mop flooring to ensure cleanliness and safety. The ability to utilize an automatic floor scrubber may also be required. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe workplace and end-user production quality. Perform end-of-shift quality control measures, which may include various types of documentation collection (pictures, checkoffs, etc.)  Qualifications Bilingual perferred but not required. You must be able to pass a thorough background check. Ability to be walking or standing and working consistently throughout the entire Shift. A valid driver's license is required. Excellent and prompt attendance Dish tank or Other Sanitation experience is required.
