Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in children Develop individualized care plans to address communication and feeding goals Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve speech, language, feeding skills Collaborate with a team of professionals to create comprehensive and individualized care plans Provide parent education and coaching through caregiver support sessions Provide one-on-one therapy sessions Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist  Experience or interest in working with autistic children and other communication needs Passionate about early intervention and serving children 12 months-12 years Knowledge and pursuit of evidence-based therapy Interest in evidenced-based feeding diagnosis and therapy techniques (experience preferred, but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills including strong written communication Ability to work effectively in a team environment and a collaborative model Benefits Compensation: CCC-SLP: $70,000-$80,000 Career development and fantastic in-house training opportunities Medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD & Life 401k plan with company match Company paid holidays Paid time off, paid sick time $1000 professional development allowance

Registered Nurse - Wound Care
Schedule: • Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM • Travel: 70% office-based; travel to patient homes (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens) for wound care consults as needed • Caseload: 15-20 consults per day Responsibilities: 1. Assess and treat complex wounds, ostomies, pressure injuries, burns, and diabetic foot wounds. 2. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized, evidence-based care plans. 3. Provide patient and family education on wound care, infection prevention, and treatment measures. 4. Participate in the development and revision of wound and ostomy care policies and protocols. 5. Train and evaluate field nurses on wound care techniques and documentation. 6. Conduct quality improvement initiatives, case load reviews, and chart audits. 7. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency policies and procedures.
