Responsibilities Implement personalized ABA treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) while maintaining a professional and supportive demeanor with clients, families, and colleagues. Track client progress toward treatment goals, prepare necessary materials for sessions, and communicate updates or concerns to the BCBA and therapy team. Collaborate with therapy staff to ensure effective treatment delivery and attend ongoing training to stay current with ABA practices. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred). Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred). Completion of or willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training within 60 days upon hire. Reliable transportation for travel to therapy centers. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Physical Requirements Active role requiring frequent kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor. Must be able to lift and carry clients and move quickly to ensure their safety. Registered Nurse - Wound Care
Schedule: • Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM • Travel: 70% office-based; travel to patient homes (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens) for wound care consults as needed • Caseload: 15-20 consults per day Responsibilities: 1. Assess and treat complex wounds, ostomies, pressure injuries, burns, and diabetic foot wounds. 2. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized, evidence-based care plans. 3. Provide patient and family education on wound care, infection prevention, and treatment measures. 4. Participate in the development and revision of wound and ostomy care policies and protocols. 5. Train and evaluate field nurses on wound care techniques and documentation. 6. Conduct quality improvement initiatives, case load reviews, and chart audits. 7. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency policies and procedures.
