Registered Nurse - Wound Care
Schedule: • Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM • Travel: 70% office-based; travel to patient homes (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens) for wound care consults as needed • Caseload: 15-20 consults per day Responsibilities: 1. Assess and treat complex wounds, ostomies, pressure injuries, burns, and diabetic foot wounds. 2. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized, evidence-based care plans. 3. Provide patient and family education on wound care, infection prevention, and treatment measures. 4. Participate in the development and revision of wound and ostomy care policies and protocols. 5.
