Build relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction. Manage and mentor field crews to deliver consistent service excellence. Present recommendations for property improvements, proper horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget. Manage all customer communication with proper urgency. Proactively promote and sell any possible landscape enhancements to existing customers.
