Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Dietary department experience or dietary aide experience is a plus. Fine dining experience is advantageous but not required. Proficient knife skills for efficient food preparation. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with menu planning and catering services is desirable. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
