Ralston Management Group is currently searching for an onsite Resident Manager in Belmont for a 40+ unit residential property. As an onsite Resident Manager, your responsibilities include: * Perform routine property walks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and security * Report property maintenance issues to management as they arise * Perform move-in and move-out inspections, and provide documentation to management * Conduct apartment showings * Respond to tenant communications * Deliver tenant notices * Assist with vendor access * Light maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs and smoke detector batteries, and resetting garbage disposals This is a job that can happen anytime of the day - emergency leaks and lockouts happen, and we need to provide a professional response whenever the task arises. This position would be ideal for someone who already works from home, or part-time. Qualifications: * Basic communication skills, with fluency in reading and writing in English * Basic technology skills, including using a smartphone to respond to inquiries via text, telephone, and email, send/receive pictures/video, and operating a printer/scanner * Knowledge of basic janitorial equipment * Previous experience as a Resident Manager strongly preferred Compensation: * Paid Onsite 1-Bedroom Apartment with 1 Parking Space.
