Hungry? Confident? Ready to EARN? We're hiring 3-5 people who can dial hard, talk naturally, and get people excited about solving serious tax problems. Here's the deal: -You call business owners and individuals with IRS/state tax liens who've received our letters -You qualify them, create urgency, and transfer them to our Tax Resolution Director (EA/CPA/Attorney with 30 years experience) -He does the consultation. You close the deal and collect payment -You own the entire relationship from first call to signed contract What you make: -$15/hour base ($2,600/month) -10% commission when you generate $0-$15K monthly -13% commission when you generate $15K-$25K monthly (on the full amount) -16% commission when you generate $25K+ monthly (on the full amount) Real examples: -Generate $10K = $2,600 base + $1,000 commission = $3,600/month ($43K/year) -Generate $20K = $2,600 base + $2,600 commission = $5,200/month ($62K/year) -Generate $30K = $2,600 base + $4,800 commission = $7,400/month ($89K/year) -Generate $40K = $2,600 base + $6,400 commission = $9,000/month ($108K/year) Realistic Year 1: $60-80K if you work hard Experienced closers: $88-108K+ What we're looking for: -Insanely personable - people trust you instantly -Willing to make 300-500 calls daily (yes, really) -Confident presenter - you believe our Tax Resolution Director is THE guy they need to talk to -Coachable - we'll teach you everything to say -Hungry - you want to build a real career, not just a job What you DON'T need: -Tax knowledge (we teach you) -Sales experience (we give you the exact scripts) -College degree -Anything except personality, work ethic, and hunger The work: You'll use a power dialer calling fresh tax lien leads. Every person you call has a REAL tax problem filed in public records. Your job is to get them talking to Rick so he can help them avoid IRS enforcement, bank levies, and wage garnishments. You prepare the consultation, sit in while Rick presents, then YOU close the deal and collect payment. No hand-offs. You own it front-to-back. Your trajectory: -Month 1: $10K revenue = $3,600 earned -Month 2: $18K revenue = $4,940 earned -Month 3: $25K revenue = $5,850 earned One number matters: your monthly revenue generated. Hit your numbers, earn your percentage. Simple. First week: Full training on tax liens, scripts, objection handling, DocuSign agreements, payment collection.
