We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to lead our team, optimize our processes, and drive our continued growth. This is a key leadership role for a strategic thinker who is passionate about quality service, team development, and operational excellence. ​Key Responsibilities ​Team Leadership & Management: Oversee, train, and mentor our team of professional cleaners.
