Preferred Experience: Hands-on work with boilers, water heaters, forced air furnaces, and humidifiers. What You’ll Do Inspect, troubleshoot, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Diagnose issues, propose solutions, price repairs, and gain customer approval. Collaborate with the Service Supervisor on complex repairs. Communicate with the Production Support Team for materials and follow-ups. Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional. Educate customers on proper equipment use, warranties, and maintenance. Maintain accurate service records and submit job documentation. Report schedule or project conflicts to Dispatch promptly. Ensure all work complies with proposals, specifications, and current building codes. Practice safe, professional work habits every day. Experience with Sage Service Operations (SSO) is a major plus!
