Mason Reconstruction is hiring a skilled Foreman with specialized experience in waterproofing and carpentry to oversee our multifamily, apartment, and HOA renovation projects. We are looking for someone who can lead a crew with confidence, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage field crews performing waterproofing and carpentry work on job sites • Work with project managers / ownership to supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget • Assist in training field crews to meet the Mason Reconstruction level of standards • Lead field crews by example, ensuring a positive environment that exemplifies our company culture • Perform hands on work such as light framing, general installations, site setup, etc. Additional skills in painting, drywall, tile and flooring installation may be required • Ensure all work meets company and client expectations, with a focus on quality and durability • Coordinate all materials, tools, and labor for waterproofing and carpentry tasks • Maintain progress reports, safety protocols, and comply with construction regulations • Communicate project updates to management and clients, ensuring timelines and budgets are met • Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies Qualifications: • 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Foreman in waterproofing and carpentry projects • Knowledge of multifamily renovation projects, with a focus on structural and aesthetic repairs • Ability to read blueprints, project plans, and execute detailed work accurately • Proven ability to manage multiple job sites simultaneously • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team • Effective communicator (bilingual in English & Spanish a plus!) and well organized • Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation to job sites • Must pass a Drug Screen and Background Check What We Offer: • Competitive hourly pay based on experience • Truck Reimbursement Allowance • Cell Phone Allowance • Mileage Reimbursement • Opportunities for career growth and advancement
