POSITION: Leasing Coordinator OVERVIEW: The Leasing Coordinator supports the resident onboarding process from screening approval through move-in. This role is responsible for reviewing applicant screenings, coordinating move-in logistics, preparing lease documentation, entering resident and rental information into property management software, and serving as the primary point of contact during the final stages of the leasing process.
