👉 Only applicants who follow the “To Be Considered” instructions will be reviewed. ✅ 6 MUST-HAVES: 1.Your own equipment (minimum 10mm lens, 18–55mm preferred), camera & tripod 2.Experience shooting HDR 3.Reliable transportation 4.Open/flexible schedule (must have at least 2 Saturdays available) 5.Drone license or currently in the process of obtaining one Willingness to learn (if not already skilled in): Day & Twilight Realty Photography Drone Photography & Video HD Video Tours & Reels 3D Zillow & Matterport Tours Post/Sign/Lockbox Install & Removal Please clearly state what you already know and what you’re willing to learn. 💰 Compensation & Details: $35–$100 per job 1–5 jobs per day (Mon–Sat) Unpaid training: must shadow/assist our luxury photographer & videographer for 3–5 appointments Travel beyond 40 miles = additional $30+ pay Payouts twice monthly (12th/13th & 28th/29th) 📩 TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST SUBMIT: Samples of your work + Resume showing photography experience A current headshot/picture of yourself Your availability and location Contact information (phone number and email)
