Key Responsibilities Leadership & Supervision Lead and supervise a dock team responsible for loading, unloading, staging, and verifying doors, millwork, and related materials. Shipping & Receiving Operations Manage daily shipping volumes averaging 4 local trucks and 2–5 common carrier loads (53’ trailers, box trucks, or live loads). Verify, sign off, and take full accountability for all outbound loads—ensuring accuracy, completeness, and readiness for shipment.
