REQUIRED EXPERIENCE • A track record of success in new home construction. • At least 2 years’ experience in framing. • Comfortable on ladders and roofs. • We work unsupervised in clients' homes, so installers submit to drug tests and background checks. THE WORK • It's less abusive than carpentry, but you need to be in shape. You will run a small jackhammer, carry buckets of sand, and wiggle into tight spaces. You'll spend time in attics and the occasional crawl space. • After about 6 months working with Josh, you'll take a one week class to become licensed. After about 6 more months you’ll be qualified to work alone, if needed. • Your day is done when the jobs are done. Most days are 7 to 9 hours- including paid drive time. The average week is 40 hours. • We serve the west suburbs, from Chanhassen to Maple Grove. • The work is stable, year round and mostly indoor. YOUR CO-WORKER Josh will tell you "I love my job!"
