Responsibilities: - Execute construction tasks including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, cutting, sanding, drilling, sealing. - Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete projects. - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of designs. - Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor associated with various tasks. - Collaborate with team members and be able to take direction. - Assist in fabrication tasks. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Pay Grade varies based on experience.

Conduct welding, metal finishing, and panel straightening as needed. Ensure proper fit and finish of repaired panels before paint. Work with estimators and painters to complete jobs on time and to standard. Follow OEM repair procedures and shop safety protocols. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as an auto body technician (preferred). Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and equipment. Ability to read and understand repair estimates and blueprints. Welding and frame repair experience a plus. Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
