Looking for a skilled and dependable construction worker to craft premium cat enclosures, commonly known as Catios. Our projects typically range from 3 to 10 days and involve light framing (primarily using 2x4 and 4x4 construction), light carpentry, paint preparation, painting, roofing (often using polycarbonate and asphalt shingles), basic concrete work, and the installation of wire mesh or screen material around the enclosures. All necessary materials will be provided. We emphasize a professional and positive attitude, aiming to cultivate an enjoyable workplace that is drama and stress-free. Precision and quality work are essential, and we encourage a sense of pride in craftsmanship. Excellent customer service is crucial and begins with leaving worksites spotless daily. Training will be provided by the team that you join. We offer benefits, including paid sick days and a 401(k). We are a busy construction and remodeling company looking to hire someone who has at least 5 years of experience in construction. Must speak some english, be in good shape and capable of lifting at least 50 lbs. Must be a US Citizen, possess a valid Social Security number and have reliable transportation. Must have some basic knowledge and experience in construction like how to measure and cut lumber accurately, work with different types of power and hand tools and be able to work on ladders. There will be times when you will be asked to do physical demo work and carry heavy construction materials. You will also be working with an experienced foreman as his helper doing, carpentry, framing, electrical, drywall, etc. Must be motivated to come to work 5 days a week starting at 7:30am and be on time with no excuses.
