Your Role
Lead and train a crew of 3–4 roofers, ensuring top-quality installations & repairs, maintaining safety standards, and handling essential project paperwork.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise and train crew in the field
✅ Complete paperwork & time sheets
✅ Diagnose and repair leaks on all types of commercial roofs
✅ Communicate effectively with customers
✅ Maintain tools & equipment
✅ Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols
✅ Work every other Saturday

Requirements
🔹 6+ years of commercial roofing experience
🔹 Proficient in Built-Up Roofing, Adhesive Systems, Torch-Modified, and Single-Ply Roofing
🔹 Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and Metal Roof Repairs
🔹 Able to work in hot & cold weather
🔹 Lift 50 lbs. & climb ladders up to 40 ft
🔹 Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
🔹 Authorized to work in the U.S.
🔹 Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
