No phone use during the work day, just on breaks/ lunch. Motivated, interested in learning is essential. Skill level: could be advanced laborer or highly skilled all the way to fine finish carpenter or project manager. What’s most important is your attitude and aptitude and ability to get along with the crew. No drugs or alcohol issues.
