What is stack testing anyway? Stack testing represents an analytical procedure to measure air pollutants emitted to the atmosphere or in regulatory terms: measuring the emissions from an emission point. There are different methods to analyze the emissions from a stack. EPA has published numerous technical methods for stack testing. These highly detailed methods coupled with analytical and sampling hardware and specifically trained stack testing specialists can produce quality emission information. When is a stack test required? The most common reasons for conducting a stack test include: • Satisfying regulatory compliance requirements • Developing site specific or categorical emission factors • Engineering development, and • Guarantee verification The position will start as Part time, up to 30 hours a week and include training, mentorship and instruction on sites. SUMMARY The IT Support Tech is responsible for supporting the day-to-day IT operations of Billings Flying Service (BFS). The IT Support Tech shall be responsible for responding to IT systems issues presented by BFS employees through the IT Help Desk support ticketing system, email, and phone contacts. This position will also provide support of IT projects, technology builds, and all technical systems at BFS. Gathering information and examining problems from multiple angles to find and implement the most suitable solutions. Walking employees through step-by-step resolutions via phone, email or in person. Physical setup, configuration and support of computers, printers, mobile devices, and all other IT related equipment. Installing software updates and upgrades, firmware updates, new software installs and other software support. Onboarding new employee technical setups. Reclaiming and decommissioning IT devices for employee terminations. Researching and sourcing the most efficient procurement of any needed IT equipment. Researching and presenting options for BFS IT to increase efficiency, productivity or quality of services or equipment. Requirements SKILLS AND ABILITIES Demonstratable knowledge of IT systems such as computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phones systems. Current knowledge of technology and recent innovations in IT. Be able to provide technical solutions to problems related to both hardware and software applications that arise in office settings. (Desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, servers, label printers, copiers, surveillance equipment) Enjoy hands on problem solving that could involve troubleshooting complex problems in an advanced, secure technology platform. Operational knowledge of computer, network, server, and security equipment, and how all fits together. Be able to work with minimal supervision with good decision-making skills. Enjoy taking ownership of projects and issues, working hands on to accomplish tasks. Be able to learn new information, skills, and ideas to complete projects and tasks as required. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, schematics, and other technically oriented documents. Work with enterprise software such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Enterprise Resource Planning software, and networking software. The ability to understand and follow instructions and the ability to concentrate is required. Excellent written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills. VMware Horizon Engineer - Secret clearance (or higher) Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Omnissa Horizon / VMware Workspace Engineer to administer, optimize, and support our end-user computing environment. The ideal candidate will have expert-level experience with Omnissa Horizon, Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM), and AppVolumes, strong scripting abilities, and a proven background in Windows 11 optimization within DoD-compliant environments. This role requires an active Secret clearance (or higher) and the ability to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions. We’re looking for an IT Operations Manager to own and scale our IT function. This is a hands-on role today: you’ll manage devices, support employees, maintain on-prem equipment, and build out the internal cloud infrastructure that powers our business. As the company grows, you’ll take on a more strategic role — setting the IT roadmap, managing vendors, and building an IT team. You’ll collaborate closely with our Cloud/SecOps team: aligning on security, integrations, and shared infrastructure, while owning the operations, employee-facing cloud systems, and support side of IT. Responsibilities Lead IT operations: endpoint management, device lifecycle, and vendor management. Be hands-on with support: onboarding, troubleshooting, tickets, and escalations. Manage on-prem hardware, office networking, and SaaS tooling. Design and implement internal cloud infrastructure for IT operations (e.g., SSO/IdP, MDM, IAM, automation, SaaS integrations). Support implementation of IT processes such as MFA, SSO, endpoint management, logging, and patch management.
