ShareAt Comfort Bagel, our mission is to make the best bagels and bagel sandwiches in Western Massachusetts while delivering an exceptional customer experience. We're currently hiring cashier/sandwich makers for our Westfield location. We're looking for team members who are flexible, fast on their feet, and able to pivot between front-of-house and kitchen responsibilities depending on the needs of the day. This is a great position for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, likes interacting with people, and wants to be part of a supportive and hardworking team. Position Details: * Schedule: Monday through Friday * Shift options: 6:00am–2:30pm or 6:30am–3:00pm * Pay: $16 per hour plus tips with 30 minute break (unpaid but we provide food) What you’ll be doing: * Taking customer orders using our Toast POS system * Packing to-go orders quickly and accurately * Prepping ingredients and building delicious bagel sandwiches * Making and serving coffee * Whipping and packaging cream cheese * Washing dishes and keeping the workspace clean and organized * Performing daily cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces We’re looking for people who: * Have an outgoing personality and genuinely enjoy talking with customers * Are fast learners who can pick up new skills quickly * Stay calm and work efficiently under pressure * Are dependable and show up on time * Have reliable transportation to and from work We’re happy to train the right candidates — experience is great, but attitude and work ethic matter more.
