Adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service and maintain knowledge of responsible serving practices. Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for sales totals. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred. Familiarity with any touchscreen POS system is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions. Experience in the food industry, including catering or banquet services, is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, some evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
