Bartender / Server (Lakewood / Jackson)

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Bartenders and Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to detail, a service-oriented attitude, the ability to work as a team player, and the ability to manage time effectively while delivering an outstanding experience for our guests. Responsibilities • Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. • Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their orders. • Bartenders: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar or server area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations. • Operate Toast POS system to process orders and payment transactions. • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. • Serve as a team member, supporting other staff as needed. • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Requirements • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to engage guests. • Familiarity with food service operations, including food & beverage handling and safety protocols. • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. • Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs accurately. • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends as needed. • Previous experience in an upscale dining / nightclub / sports bar venue preferred but not required.
