You will be working with these Individuals to ensure that necessary services and supports are in place for them in their family homes. Classification: Non-Exempt, Hourly Job Function/Specialty: Social Services - Foster Family & Family Home Agency Reports To: Program Administrator or Social Worker Supervisor **Please note that all Direct Service Professionals, Social Work Coordinators, and Social Work Supervisors are required to work evenings and weekends. Although your schedule may vary by day, and you may not be required to work every evening and weekend, a typical weekday schedule is from 10:00am to 6:00pm, and a typical weekend schedule is one weekend day from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with flexibility. Summary: The Social Worker (Coordinator Emphasis) oversees the services provided to Individuals by developing & implementing the Individual Service Plan, setting up services & supports, monitoring the Family Home environment & overall quality of care, supporting Providers, and ensuring all internal & external policies and regulations are met. Notifies management immediately of any material changes affecting the status of Individuals or Family Homes. • Provides crisis management support and rotating on call coverage to Individuals & Providers. • Provides excellent customer service and response timeliness to stakeholders such as Individuals, families, Regional Center, and Family Home Providers. • Develops and maintains working relationships with all Individuals, families, funding sources and regulatory agencies, as appropriate, and monitors their satisfaction with services. • Liaises with consultants such as behaviorists, nurses, therapists, psychologists, and other specialists to ensure service needs of Individuals are met. • Participates in or conducts training as required. • Assist Individuals with transportation and moving as needed. • Functions as a Social Worker (Certification Specialist Emphasis) as required during development and transition stages. • Performs other duties as assigned. May work on special assignments in addition to normal job functions. Requirements: Education and/or Experience Related Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor's Degree plus one to two years related experience preferred; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs. Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Position Overview Generation Housing (Gen H) is seeking a skilled and experienced consultant to lead Gen H’s efforts in growing a broad, pro-housing constituency across Napa Valley. This role is centered on cultivating relationships with local leaders, from elected officials to community champions, and convening a sustained, values-driven campaign that connects housing to issues like economic opportunity, education, health, and community well-being. The ideal candidate is a skilled relationship-builder and strong, active listener with experience engaging influential stakeholders, especially across lines of difference. They don’t need to be a housing expert. What matters most is a genuine interest in the importance of housing to the health of the Napa Valley, an ability to unite diverse allies, highlight shared values, and help give voice to the real-life impact of housing challenges on local families, workers, and seniors. The consultant will work closely with and report to the Executive Director and the Director of Special Initiatives of Generation Housing. Key Responsibilities ● Lead pro-housing coalition-building: Build and grow a visible, sustained pro-housing presence in Napa Valley by leveraging existing relationships and cultivating new ones with grasstops stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience convening these leaders around key community issues. ● Cultivate strategic relationships: Actively build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Engage and unite diverse allies, including those who may not traditionally see themselves as housing advocates. ● Manage and facilitate campaigns and meetings: Organize and schedule meetings for stakeholders with complex calendars. ● Facilitate Strategic Discussions: Skillfully reframe conversations about housing to highlight their connection to broader community issues such as economic development, mental health, and education, uniting diverse stakeholders around shared goals. ● Develop and implement person-centered messaging: Give voice to the experiences of those affected by housing costs, including workers, families, and seniors. Compensation This part-time contract position requires an average of 20-35 hours per week with a fixed compensation of $28,000 through the end of this year. Total hours will not exceed 300 for the term of the contract. The contract will be eligible for renewal in 2026. Location The consultant will be expected to work on-site in Napa Valley, hosting and coordinating in-person meetings and presentations as needed, meeting with elected officials and other stakeholders, and attending relevant community meetings that may include evening hours. Please note that at this time there is no permanent office space designated for this role in Napa Valley, however, we will work with the consultant to secure space for any and all meetings on an as needed basis. Summary of Position The Electrician is responsible for electrical work at St. Joseph Indian School and other properties owned by the same. This is a non-exempt position. Accountability Reports to the Lead Electrician. Responsibilities 1. Repairs, maintains, and installs electrical wiring, equipment, and systems including but limited to switches, outlets, wiring, motors and alarms. 2. Uses diagnostic, test equipment to troubleshoot and identify electrical malfunctions. 3. Replaces, services, bypasses, electrical systems and electrical components. 4. Tests equipment for safety and function using standard test equipment. 5. Installs new equipment, wiring, and circuits following all code and safety requirements. 6. Familiarity with or ability to learn Johnson Controls systems and Metasys. 7. Assists in the maintenance of geo-thermal plant and air conditioning systems. 8. Complies with all safety and health requirements established by local, state and federal laws. 9. Repairs, installs, and trouble shoots all low voltage and communication systems as required. 10. Performs other responsibilities as required by the Lead Electrician.
