This role is focused on performing preventative maintenance (PMs) on HVAC systems, completing filter changes for both HVAC and water filtration systems, and assisting with general light maintenance tasks. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; effective communicator. Ability to read/write in English and to understand directives both orally and in writing. Detail oriented and ability to multi-task is required. Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Work hours are scheduled around the requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed. Must be able to work in a highly varied work schedule.
