We are in need of a skilled tile roof installer.

Electrical Foreman needed for on-going residential project located in Coral Gables. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. *MUST SPEAK ENGLISH Need to be well versed in NEC code. Must be able to read and decipher electrical, architectural, and site blue prints. Must be able to use smart phone and tablet for applications for time management and plan reading etc. Will be responsible to adhere to contractor's scheduling of completion dates and inspections. Must have good communication skills to be able to communicate with Electrical PM, GC, and inspectors. Supervise the sub contractors, material control, job efficiency, push production, problem solving, etc.

What You’ll Do Assist with all phases of pool construction — including layout, excavation prep, plumbing, steel, shotcrete, tile, coping, decking, and equipment installation Work with supervisors to ensure work meets quality and safety standards Maintain tools, vehicles, and job sites in clean, professional condition Help problem-solve on-site issues and support other crew members as needed Communicate clearly and represent the company with professionalism and pride Who You Are Experienced in pool construction or general construction trades (concrete, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Comfortable working outdoors in Florida conditions Hands-on, dependable, and detail-oriented A team player who takes initiative and ownership Valid driver’s license preferred
