Job Description Overview Upgrade Home Services is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated HVAC installation apprentice/helper. This position offers paid training. Successful candidates must be organized, able to perform in a fast-paced environment, and capable of efficiently multitasking. The HVAC installation apprentice/helper assists HVAC installers/technicians by providing essential support to ensure smooth operations at job sites. Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications: Valid driver's license. Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to schedule changes. Ability to crawl in tight spaces and climb stairs; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and rooftops. Ability to work in hot and cold environments and confined spaces for tasks such as ductwork installation and equipment setup. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
