Job Title Delivery Driver Reports to Distribution Manager Position Type Part or Full Time, 20-40 hours/week Schedule Monday - Friday, 8AM - 6:30PM Compensation $22/hour Job Description The position will be responsible for performing deliveries to Fieldwork Taprooms and bars and restaurants all around the bar area. Duties and Responsibilities: Delivering 50L kegs, sixth barrel kegs and cans/bottles of beer to our taprooms around the bay area as well as local bars and restaurants Able to run an efficient delivery route Communicate and work with sales staff as needed regarding deliveries Collecting cooperage from our taprooms & bars/restaurants and returning to our production facility Movement of merchandise and other inventory from taproom to taproom as requested Communicating with customers, colleagues, and managers to ensure a positive customer service experience Work effectively as part of our distribution team to complete all deliveries and pick-ups as needed Provide excellent service to customers. Transfer product between the production facility and warehouse Ability to load vehicles accurately based on the load sheets from our logistics software Assist with the unloading of vehicles returning from their routes. Be a team player and able to interact with all levels within the organization Work closely with other departments to accomplish goals of the company Qualifications: Forklift certification preferred Prior work experience with brewery warehouse operations preferred Current driver's license with clean driving record Must be at least 21 years old Able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 150 lbs) on a continual basis with assistance Able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for up to 10 hours per shift Able to work in crowded and confined spaces. Able to maintain excellent customer service and a high level of ethics while working under pressure. The ideal candidate will possess a "can do" attitude with a "will do" work ethic.

Both at the arena and at offsite locations. Respond and resolve set-up issues promptly as directed by fellow staff and management. Actively care for all arena equipment and property by storing equipment properly, cleaning and repairing broken or damaged items, and alerting management of any mistreatment of company property. May be required to operate industrial vehicles such as carts, forklifts, scissor lifts, and floor scrubbers. Follow all operating policies and procedures. Maintain company confidentiality. Always maintain a professional appearance. Desired Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
