General Manager — Coffee-Focused Café & Market (Martha’s Vineyard) Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 / year + 2 weeks paid vacation Employment Type: Full-Time, Year-Round Relocation Required: Yes – must live on Martha’s Vineyard year-round About the Concept We’re opening a new year-round café and market on Martha’s Vineyard, built around great coffee, thoughtful food, and genuine hospitality. The space will include a full coffee program, a bakery, and a kitchen focused on simple, high-quality ingredients. Our goal is to create a warm, community-driven environment that values craftsmanship and care in every detail. Position Summary The General Manager will oversee all front-of-house operations and lead the café’s coffee program. We’re looking for someone with strong café or coffeehouse management experience who can balance operational precision with a love for hospitality. This person will also take ownership of the coffee program—training baristas, maintaining consistency, and helping shape the overall guest experience.
