This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling transactions and maintaining a welcoming environment for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Must have daytime/weekday availability. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries to ensure a positive dining experience. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain an organized and stocked checkout area, ensuring products are readily available for customers. Assist with stock replenishment. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems--TOAST is highly desirable. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
