You will play a crucial role in supporting local farmers and bringing fresh food to communities. $21.00/hour PLUS $4,000 Annual Safe Driving Bonus MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Drive a 26' box truck to deliver products to designated locations. - Load and unload products manually as needed. - Provide excellent customer service during deliveries. - Maintain accurate delivery logs and ensure compliance with food safety standards. - Communicate effectively with the office regarding pick-ups, deliveries, and service issues. - Perform vehicle inspections and ensure the truck is kept in good working condition. Terminal Operator

1 Resource Group is currently looking for a Terminal Operator to join our client team in Baytown, TX. As a Terminal Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of products at our terminal facility. The ideal candidates will be responsible for all operations involving the storage, blending, and transloading of products to and from ISO containers, tank trucks, and railcars. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. Complete the loading and unloading of railcars from/to ISO containers and trailers as well as product transfers between railcars. Operate a steam boiler and air compressor to provide steam for heating ISO containers and railcars and compressed air for pressuring ISO containers and railcars for product transfers. Complete tank truck transloading paperwork and collect retain samples for bulk loads. Inspect railcars hoses and other equipment for leaks, spills, or other problems. Make sure that all equipment is in good working order. Hook up hoses from product sources to the automated drum line connections. Assist with the drumming of products using the automated drum line. Hook up hoses from product sources and assist with the loading of products into totes. Operate forklift or other machinery to move material to appropriate locations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, return all tools to their appropriate storage locations, wear proper safety gear at all times, and follow company safety policies and procedures, and encourage other employees to do the same. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS - The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High School Diploma or GED required. Three to five years of experience in loading/unloading operations is preferred. Good mechanical aptitude is a must. Previous boiler experience and experience in a chemical environment is preferred. Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial rubber and plastic hose and accessories, is seeking a Cycle Counter to join our warehouse team on the Northeast side of Houston, TX. Position Summary: The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts through systematic cycle counts and timely reconciliation of discrepancies. This role directly supports inventory control and warehouse efficiency by ensuring product levels are correct and properly recorded in our ERP system. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts for raw materials and finished goods Reconcile variances between physical counts and system records; report findings Maintain accurate inventory logs in ERP system (SAP experience preferred) Investigate inventory issues including missing, misplaced, or damaged items Support inventory audits and implement corrective actions when needed Collaborate with receiving, picking, and shipping departments to ensure inventory accuracy Assist with general warehouse tasks as required (packing, labeling, organizing stock) Requirements Qualifications: Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year experience in inventory, cycle counting, or warehouse operations Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory management systems Ability to operate a forklift or pallet jack (certification preferred) Preferred: Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within a team Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that may involve varying temperatures $18.00 hr Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision offered
