Warehouse Shipping Associate (Stafford)

Warehouse Associate A wholesaler/distributor company in Southwest Houston is looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team! This full-time position involves various warehouse tasks, including stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory. The main job for this position is to conduct shipping daily orders by using UPS Worldship, and FedEx. If you can use your heart & brain, we can train you this capability! We’re seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking individuals who can adapt to our daily tasks and ensure smooth warehouse operations. Responsibilities: • Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment according to orders • Securely pack and ship orders using UPS, FedEx, and USPS software • Conduct daily inventory counts and stock organization • Assist in unloading incoming shipments • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization • Follow company safety and operational procedures • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Basic computer skills required • Ability to read, write, and speak English (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus) • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs • Punctual, responsible, and committed to their work schedule • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test Benefits: • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid vacation and holidays • Personal days off • Short- and long-term disability insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • 401(K) company match 📩 Ready to join our team?
