Your Mission as an ISR As an Inside Sales Representative, your mission is to qualify early interest conversations, close ready-to-buy inbound opportunities, and uncover hidden revenue from support channels. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role ideal for someone eager to accelerate their sales career by owning high-volume revenue responsibility. What You'll Own Close inbound sales opportunities from SMB and mid-market customers—fast, consultative, and value-driven. Convert support-driven conversations into sales outcomes by identifying expansion or upsell opportunities. Respond to inbound leads rapidly, guiding buyers toward a confident purchasing decision within minutes or hours—not days. Educate and influence buyers by framing OptiSigns' value in their language, not just our features. Manage a high volume of leads efficiently using tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure no revenue is left on the table. Track and optimize your sales performance—constantly improving speed-to-close, win rate, and upsell depth. Requirements What Success Looks Like You consistently close inbound deals within 1–2 touchpoints. You spot sales signals hiding in support tickets, respond like a pro, and convert. You become known for your speed, clarity, and revenue instincts. You begin to own bigger conversations and opportunities with larger commissions. Who We're Looking For This is not a cold-calling, script-reading role. This is for someone who wants to drive results, grow fast, and step into real responsibility. 0–2 years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience. Strong closing instincts and comfort with short sales cycles. Excellent communicator—confident, direct, and value-focused. Sharp eye for opportunity: you notice buying signals others miss. High coachability and growth mindset—you don’t just want feedback, you ask for it. CRM fluency: you’ve used tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or are ready to learn them at speed. We do not require someone with previous experience in sales but a good level of English language, good communication skills and friendly attitude are a must. The right condidate will also have to commit to follow the above mentioned duties instructions as required. You will meet with us few days before the official start day of the event at the stall location, the day when we will be setting up we will give you a full induction and training as required, we will make you feel ready and confident to sell our products.
