RMC is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to support our customer at Hill AFB in Ogden, Utah. The selected applicant will provide technical expertise and guidance in solving complex engineering issues. The selected applicant will: Provide technical support in all aspects of hardware and software design analysis, development, integration, and implementation. Identify the appropriate technologies to solve engineering issues. Assist the procurement team with the procurement of software and the tracking of developer software licenses. Support data analyst with the data archiving and data processing of radar-related data. Support the development and maintenance of applications written in C++ and Python.  Work with 84 RADES Mission Critical Applications and advanced graphical displays. Assist technical writers with the development of software documentation. Assist in the analysis of change requests impacting the RADES applications and the development of effective solutions. Perform component and full regression testing of RADES applications and environments. Support project milestone development, management, and reporting of RADES application maintenance, repair, and test activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline AND six (6) years of experience; OR a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline AND four (4) years of experience is required; OR In lieu of a degree, ten (10) total years of experience may be considered. An active DoD Secret clearance is required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Extensive experience coding large application packages, up to 100,000 lines, to include debugging and troubleshooting. Highly preferred candidates will be able to research and understand theoretical mathematical modeling and then be able to implement that modeling in the software applications being developed.  Experience with 84 RADES Mission Critical Applications is strongly desired.    Benefits At RMC, we're committed to your career growth! IT Help Desk Coordinator
Take charge of the Help Desk's daily operations! You’ll efficiently triage and direct ticket requests, manage workloads and schedules, maintain service level agreements (SLAs), and directly resolve Tier 1 issues to help the team thrive. As someone who is technically savvy, exceptionally organized, and deeply committed to customer service, you will bring clarity, speed, and a consistently high level of service to our users. Requirements WHAT YOU'LL DO: Own intake & routing: Monitor queues, triage by priority/impact, assign to the right technician, and ensure clear notes and handoffs. Deliver Tier 1 support: Handle common issues (account access/MFA, Outlook & Microsoft 365, Windows/macOS basics, printers/Wi-Fi/VPN, standard app installs) and escalate appropriately. Drive SLA execution: Track statuses, prompt progress, coordinate escalations, and close the loop with users. Coordinate people & time: Build daily schedules, manage OOO coverage, and align resources to volume spikes and planned work. Report & analyze: Build and maintain weekly/monthly dashboards (volume, first-response/resolve, backlog aging, top drivers) and translate insights into clear recommendations. Executive reporting: Prepare and deliver concise, executive-ready briefings on Help Desk performance, emerging risks, user feedback themes, and recommended actions to the VP and President on an agreed cadence (e.g., weekly snapshot; monthly trend review).
