This is a physically demanding role in a hot, non-air-conditioned warehouse environment. Responsibilities include shredding material, cleaning, and other labor-intensive tasks. Candidates must be comfortable working in dirty conditions and standing for long periods. Key Responsibilities: Assist with shredding and processing materials Perform general cleanup and shop maintenance Load and unload heavy materials Stand, bend, and move throughout the shift (10–12 hours/day) Work in hot and dusty conditions Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE Perform other general labor duties as needed Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently Must be able to stand for 10–12 hours per shift Comfortable working in a hot, dirty, non-air-conditioned warehouse Reliable transportation and punctuality Previous general labor or warehouse experience is a plus Strong work ethic and willingness to do hands-on tasks Pay & Schedule: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour, based on experience Overtime available after 40 hours/week Long shifts (10–12 hours/day), some weekend work may be required
