About the Position We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our technology team. This role will provide technical support and system administration in an environment of over 150 users, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune MDM, Apple Business Manager, and general IT operations. The Technical Support Specialist will interact with website events and customer issues in an intuitive, problem-solving manner.
