Responsibilities: *Biligual is a MUST *Handle outbound and inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact *Email, text, and call customers with information pertaining to their vehicle purchase *Keep up-to-date notes in the CRM *Address customer concerns - Understand and maintain product knowledge *Identifying the client's needs and scheduling appointments *Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty *Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals *Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques *Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends *Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees *Contacting clients prior to appointment date to confirm appointment *Following up post visit to ensure customer satisfaction *Outstanding Customer Service *Prepare vehicle title transfer ( Experience not required) Requirements *High school diploma or equivalent *Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills *Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background *Knowledge Social Media Skills: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc. *Proficient in Text Messaging Outstanding Relationship Building Skills with Potential Clients. *Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills *Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information *Excellent problem solving skills Schedule Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Saturday 10-3pm
