Requirements 12+ years of experience in data analytics with a strong background in consulting, program management, and stakeholder management. Proven ability to lead complex analytics programs, influence senior leadership, and drive adoption of data-driven solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership; strong verbal, written, and presentation (deck-making) skills. Highly analytical and structured problem-solving approach to address ambiguous business challenges. Strong business acumen with the ability to link data analytics efforts directly to business objectives and measurable outcomes.
