2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee Parts or Get it to run - $1,100 (Mineville)

The vehicle was running last year. Then one day it decided it didn't want to start. I had a turnover but no fire. I brought to a dealer and the dealer told me it was the ECM. I bought a reman ECM, and no luck. Either it can be fix if you know how to fix the problem or it can be for parts.
