Job Title: Public Works Project Estimator Position Summary: The Public Works Project Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for public sector construction projects, including civil, infrastructure, transportation, and utility improvements. This role involves detailed analysis of project documents, quantity takeoffs, pricing labor and materials, and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure the submission of timely and comprehensive bids that meet regulatory and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: Analyze bid documents, plans, specifications, and other project-related materials. Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for all phases of construction.
