Kumi Construction Management Corporation (KUMI) is seeking a Construction Manager (Owner’s Representative) who will serve as the primary liaison between the project owner and the project team, overseeing all aspects of planning, design coordination, permitting, procurement, and construction of vertical construction projects. The role involves ensuring that the owner’s interests are represented throughout all project phases, with a focus on cost, schedule, quality, and safety. Experience in water treatment plant projects and the review of contract documents is required. Must have training and experience in managing and executing quality-assurance and quality control procedures.
