Architectural Draftsperson (Contract) — Remote with Site Visits (North Bay) We’re TBE Architecture, a small design studio focused on residential remodels, adaptive reuse, and small commercial projects across the North Bay. We approach architecture with care, clarity, and connection to place. We're hiring a Contract Architectural Draftsperson to support projects from site visits through construction documentation. This is a primarily remote role with periodic field visits throughout the North Bay. Responsibilities: - Draft permit-ready drawings using Revit, Rhino, and Twinmotion - Conduct site measurements and coordinate with consultants - Ensure drawings meet California Building Code and local permitting standards Qualifications: - 3+ years experience drafting for architecture or design firms - Strong proficiency in Revit (Rhino, Twinmotion a plus) - Familiarity with CBC, ADUs, and remodel workflows preferred - Clear communicator, self-directed, and detail-oriented Work Style: - Remote-first, with flexible scheduling - Occasional site visits (Sonoma, Napa, Marin, San Jose) - Collaborate closely with lead architect If you value thoughtful design and want to contribute to projects grounded in context, reach out.
