We have a survey and a split line and a geologic soil analysis done so we are 85% there but we still need some careful persuasive documentation and help negotiating with the County of San Mateo staff. After the basic SB9 split approval then help us a second time. Create an off the shelf building house plan and submit it to get the County to assess if they will accept our existing " non compliant" driveway.
