2009 Honda CRV EX-L AWD - $5,000 (Fairfax)

This is a 1-OWNER CLEAN title NO ACCIDENT 2009 Honda CR-V EX-L All-Wheel-Drive for sale on behalf of my friend. This car has been extremely well maintained by my friend who bought this car new from Jim Coleman Honda, and has been living in Charlottesville for the past 16 years. This CRV has been babied for the entireity of its ownership from an adult owner, with mostly highway miles. Oil changes have been done every 5-7k miles from dealerships and all fluid exchanges are up to date as well. Transmission fluid has been done regularly, and last time it was done was about 20k miles ago. This car has many options that you wouldn’t normally find in CR-Vs of this generation such as: - Leather seats - Navigation + backup camera - Heated seats - Dual Zone climate control - Sunroof - Power windows and locks - heated power door mirrors Everything works on this car flawlessly, and it is mechanically pristine. No rattles or weird noises, and as far as I can tell, there’s no noticable leaks underneath the car either. Pros: - 1 owner/adult owned - Clean title in hand - No accident - Extremely well-maintained - Tons of options with all working features - Cold AC - Non smoker and no odors in the car - Up to date VA state safety inspection - 3 keys - Original window sticker and owner’s manual Cons: - TPMS light on, it’s been a few years since this light has been on but never got a chance to fix it. Believe it is one or two of the tpms sensors that are not functional. All tires are in great condition with a lot of tread life left. - Fadings in window trim This car is overall extremely clean, and has been owned by my friend who meticulously takes care of his vehicles. He has since bought a new SUV and decided to sell this. I guarantee you that you will NOT find a cleaner CRV both physically and mechanically.
