What You’ll Do: • Lead the design process, translating client visions into dream spaces. • Collaborate with our dynamic team to develop floor plans, elevations, material selections, and overall project presentations. • Source materials, track specifications, and ensure selections align with project needs. • Interface with contractors, architects, fabricators, and vendors to bring designs to life. • Create mood boards, renderings, and style guides for client presentations. • Stay updated on industry trends, innovative products, and new technologies. • Troubleshoot design challenges with confidence and a solutions-oriented mindset. • Adapt to shifting priorities and project demands while maintaining a high level of organization. • Foster strong relationships within the design community and represent the firm with professionalism. What You Bring: • 3+ years of experience in residential interiors. • Exceptional creativity and strategic thinking. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in office and on-site. • Experience with AI-driven design tools (a plus). • Knowledge of Bluebeam and SketchUp (preferred).
