This role demands focus, teamwork, and a passion for culinary craft. Key Responsibilities: Execute menu items with precision according to recipes and plating standards. Maintain pace and accuracy during high-volume service without sacrificing quality. Keep your station organized and fully stocked before, during, and after service. Qualifications Previous kitchen experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant preferred (but we’ll train the right candidates with a great attitude). Previous experience as a prep cook in a high-volume or fast-paced kitchen preferred. Strong knife skills and basic culinary knowledge. Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
