Position Summary: Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Finance & Administration (DFA) oversees all fiscal operations of the organization including the development and coordination of budgets, audits, grants, contracts, monthly financial reporting, IT, and office management. Responsibilities: Financial Management • Oversee the annual planning/budgeting processes and prepare the annual operating budget. Work with staff and Budget Committee to develop and implement program and organizational budgets. • Ensure that financial management systems, policies, and procedures include all appropriate controls to maintain the fiscal integrity of the organization. • Manage all accounting and financial functions, including payroll processing, accounts payable, donor payouts, accounts receivable, pledges receivable, general ledger, grant/contract invoicing, and cash flow. • Provide the Executive Director and Board Finance Committee with accurate and timely financial reports and analyses.
