Essential Duties/Responsibilities: • Provide individual, family, or group psychotherapy using evidence-based interventions. Maintain a minimum patient panel of 30 per week, conduct intake, counseling services with the intention of meeting specific treatment goals. • Complete documentation using the electronic health record in a timely fashion while adhering to related laws and regulations for documentation. • Offer guidance and training to new staff members or interns as required. • Provide all services in accordance with accepted standards of care and Axis protocols within the parameters of agency contractual requirements. • Conduct psychological testing, or assessments as requested - psychologists only. Assist medical providers in diagnostic clarification where needed. • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop treatment plans. • Collaborate with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals to integrate behavioral health into overall care. • Offer crisis intervention, case management, and referrals to community resources as needed. • Participate in staff meetings, and attend other meetings and training events as assigned. • May be required to perform other related duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned. About the Role We are seeking to add an additional Resident Manager for a property in San Francisco. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and personable Resident Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities • Minor Repairs & Maintenance: Perform light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks as needed. Conduct routine inspections to proactively identify maintenance issues. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for larger maintenance jobs • Tenant Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for residents for non-emergency concerns, complaints, and maintenance requests.
