This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of self-driving technology by monitoring vehicles, providing remote assistance when needed, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of the TeleOperations system. As a TeleOperations Operator, you will be the “human-in-the-loop,” bridging the gap between autonomous driving systems and real-world scenarios that require intervention. Assist in gathering performance metrics and reporting observations to improve system functionality. Work cross-functionally to provide feedback on TeleOps tools, usability, and overall system performance to enhance the operator interface. Follow company protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain high operational standards. Commitment: This is a full-time, 6-month ongoing contract position.
