The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an entry-level litigation attorney, Jr. Shareholder, or a more experienced attorney to join our team. This role will focus on pre-suit and litigation insurance defense cases. Experience or an interest in personal injury is preferred, but not required. Associate General Counsel
Position Summary  The Nautilus Solar Energy Associate General Counsel, Real Estate will play an essential role in supporting, managing, and advising on the legal aspects of real estate and site control matters for NSE’s solar projects throughout all stages of development, financing, and operations. This position will be a key member of the legal team.  The position reports to the Chief Legal Administrative Officer (and may report to interim managers).
